Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7-10 business days for customs and 3-5 business days for RTS (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We have no control over Shipping times once your items leave our store.

  • Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Domestic Shipping

  • We currently ship within United States.

  • All orders include tracking information.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized products).

Refunds

  • Approved store credit will be issued within 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

  • No exchanges on custom/personalized items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
