Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days for customs and 3-5 business days for RTS (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We have no control over Shipping times once your items leave our store.
Please note that delivery delays may occur due to postal service issues, weather, or high-volume seasons.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within United States.
All orders include tracking information.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for store credit only.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Certain items are non-returnable (e.g., custom or personalized products).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved store credit will be issued within 3 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
No exchanges on custom/personalized items.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
How to Start a Return
