1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days for customs and 3-5 business days for RTS . You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order ships.
2. Do you take custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom pieces. Just reach out via our Contact Page or email us at aaspersonalcreations@gmail.com with your idea, and we’ll bring it to life.
3. Can I return or exchange my order?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, unworn, non-custom items. Custom/personalized products are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Check out our full Return Policy for details.
4. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 5 days with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right!
5. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?
Yes! We offer discounts for bulk orders (great for gifts, teams, or events). Email us at aaspersonalcreations@gmail.com for a custom quote.
6. How do I care for my custom items?
Apparel: Wash inside out in cold water, hang dry.
Tumblers/Glassware: Hand wash only to preserve the design.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship internationally. Stay tuned—we’re working on it!
